Scholarship for Idaho residents who are undergraduate students attending Idaho State University, enrolled in the College of Technology. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to members, children or grandchildren of Veteran Motor Car Club of America (VMCCA) members. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
