Scholarship for Maryland residents who are US armed forces personnel who served in the Afghanistan or Iraq Conflcits, their children and spouses and are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in Maryland. A FAFSA must be submitted by March 1st. Due date and number of awards may vary. A copy of the birth certificate and/or marriage certificate must be included with application packet. Renewable.
