Scholarship for African American, Mexican American, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and mainland Puerto Rican students permanently residing in the US who are graduate students at an AAMC or AOA-accredited Medical School pursuing studies in Public Health, Health Policy, or Social Policy. Students must be accepted to Brandeis University Heller Graduate School, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, Harvard University School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health, Frederick S. Pardee RAND Graduate School, University of California-Los Angeles, University of Michigan School of Public Health, or the University Pennsylvania. Number of awards may vary. A most recent copy of the 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ tax forms must be included with application packet.
