Scholarship for undergraduate students attending East Carolina University who are majoring in Special Education. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 transfer GPA in courses completed at a Partnership East community college site. Due date and number of awards may vary. Award is based on a service obligation: two years of teaching students with disabilities for every full year of support.
