Annual award for western Oklahoma residents who are incoming college juniors or seniors enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Department of Plant and Soil Sciences majoring in Plant and Soil Sciences. Students must have an interest in land management and be active in FFA or 4-H. Due dates are February 1st for freshmen and January 15th for continuing/transfer students.
