Scholarship for residents of Washington County, Maryland who are undergraduate or graduate students at Frostburg State University. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to Washington County Homemakers Club and/or their dependents/descendants. Due date and number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
