Scholarship for residents of Lowell, Oregon who received all of their secondary education in Lowell and will be enrolling or are enrolled in an Oregon four-year college/university. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, file the FAFSA, and be full-time students. Recipients may reapply and compete annually. Award amount and number of awards vary. Contact the student's guidance counselor or the Commission for more information and/or application.
