Scholarship for West Virginia residents who are enrolled in full-time undergraduate studies and are majoring in Communications, Broadcasting, Broadcast Journalism, Film, Speech, Advertising, Broadcast Electronics, or other arts and techniques of the communications field. Award based on scholarship, character, and recommendation. Award amount and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
