Annual award for undergraduate and graduate students who are student members of the National Community Pharmacists Association and are enrolled in an accredited U.S. school or college of Pharmacy on a full-time basis. Selection is based on leadership qualities and academic achievement. Submit current transcript, letter from a school official describing the student's activities and contributions to the school, letter from a pharmacy owner or manager, letter from the applicant to the NCPA Foundation, and resume or curriculum vitae, list of all past awards or scholarships received with application packet.
