Scholarship for Maryland residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in Maryland majoring in Child Care, Human Services, Teaching, Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy, or Public Service. Students must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and parents must be Maryland residents if students are dependents. Applicants must serve full-time in their employment field one year for each year of award or serve part-time in their employment field for two years of each year of award. A FAFSA must be submitted by July 1st. Number of awards may vary. An essay and resume must be included with application packet. Renewable.
