Scholarship for college sophomores in the second year of a two-year vocational program who are dependents of a U.S. military member at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base OR a Civilian Member of the Wright Patterson Club and Banquet Center OR a member of the Officers' Wives' Club. Applicants must have a minimum 2.6 GPA overall and a 3.5 GPA in vocational subjects, and be a participant in a state vocational youth club. An essay must be included with application packet.
