Annual musical composition competition for U.S./Canadian citizens who are students between the ages of 13-18. Student must be enrolled in a public/private secondary school, in a recognized musical institution, or be engaged in the private study of music with an established teacher. Composition must be certified by applicant's teacher. The Official Entry Blank must be accompanied by 4 photocopies of the work, and an application fee of $5.00.
