Scholarship for incoming freshmen accepted at Southeast Missouri State University full-time. Applicants must meet all the following criteria: 1) have a GPA of 3.0; 2) demonstrate a combination of grades, test scores and involvement in extracurricular activites; 3) maintain full-time enrollment status; and 4) live in the University's residence halls.
