New Music Ensemble Manager and Personnel Director Assistantship

Annual award for graduate student attending the San Francisco Conservatory of Music full-time. Selection is based on musical proficiency and specific skills. Assistantship requires approximately 10-12 hours per week. Candidate meets twice/week with New Music Ensemble Director to discuss organizational issues; is responsible for set-up and take-down for rehearsals and performances. Recipient organizes outreach concerts including contracts for concert space and fee, rental of bus and moving equipment.
