Scholarship for Florida residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in a nationally accredited Nursing program in Florida. Principal investigator must be licensed to practice Nursing in Florida; co-investigator may be non-nurses. Selection is based on the scientific merits of the proposal. Awards are in the categories of novice and experienced researcher; preference given to novice researchers and Nurse researchers from South Florida. Consideration given to the project's potential for leading the further research, methodology, development of theory, and contribution to nursing knowledge and practice.
