Scholarship for college students, with 2-3 years remaining in education, who are enrolled at Jackson State University, Tuskegee University, Alabama State University, Howard University, Grambling State University, North Carolina A&T; State University, Fayetteville State University, or Tennessee State University. Applicants must be active in the AFROTC.
