University of South Dakota Scholarships
Haines Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship for undergraduates (freshmen ineligible) enrolled at Black Hills State University, Dakota State University, Northern State University, South Dakota State University or the University of South Dakota who are majoring in Education. Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA to be eligible. In addition to admissions application student must submit a Haines application form, a statement on personal philosophy, a statement on educational philosophy, and a resume.
