Description
The Editorial Internship is open to students who are currently enrolled sophomores, juniors or seniors with a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must have a liberal arts background and an interest in communications, publishing or the operations of a non-profit organization. You will work primarily with the editorial department as it pertains to the publishing and distribution of books, News Notes and newspaper columns and you have the opportunity to learn all aspects of communications and publishing. You must also be highly motivated with above average writing ability. This position is unpaid and for course credit only. The position dates are in the Fall, Spring and Summer and the location is in New York City, New York. A resume, cover letter and two recommendations are required and may be submitted via mail or e-mail. Please note The Christophers will not provide for long-distance travel expenses or housing arrangements related to this internship.
