Must be in top 10% of high school class or
maintain a 3.5 GPA in college.
10,000 awards/year. Recipients may re-apply
for subsequent years. Financial need
considered along with academic success,
SAT and GRE scores, and leadership
potential. Essays and proof of Cuban
descent required.
