The Humane Studies Fellowship is available to full-time graduate students or full-time junior or senior undergraduate students. You must demonstrate interest in the classical liberal/libertarian tradition of individual rights and market economies and be in interested in applying the principles of this tradition in your work. You must also demonstrate strong academic performance, the potential for success and the relevance of your work to the advancement of a free society to be eligible for this award.
