summary: To provide financial assistance for college to children of members of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (JUPAT) who have been active in athletics. Eligibility: Open to the legal dependents of union members in good standing who are college-bound high school seniors. Applicants must submit a complete history of their athletic participation and sports recognition in high school. They must be registered with the NCAA Clearing House and have declared the athletic program in which they plan to participate in college. A letter of recommendation must be submitted by the coach or athletic director of the institution where they have been accepted and that they plan to attend. .
