You can receive an application by using the AICPA Fax Back Service. Dial (201) 938-3787 from a fax machine, follow the voice cues and request document 652. Undergraduates must be a declared accounting major with a GPA of at least 3.0. Must have finished 30 semester hours or more, including at least 6 hours in accounting. For graduate level, must be about to enter a master-level accounting program or in final year of a 5-year program. Applications also available on the website.
