Candidates shall be daughters, granddaughters, great-granddaughters, sons, grandsons, great-grandsons, spouses or widows of honorably discharged or deceased men or women veterans of World War I, World War II, Korean Conflict, Vietnam Hostilities, Grenada Panama Hostilities, and Persian Gulf Hostilities.
