Additional Information:

Must be a customer of the Southern California Edison Company (power company.) This award is for students who are currently enrolled in a two-year college (community college, junior college) who are about to graduate and continue their education towards towards a bachelor's degree by transferring to a four year institution. Students who are severely economically disadvantaged or are physically handicapped (but not necessarily a minority) are also encouraged to apply.
