Additional Information:

For Kentucky residents enrolled in an accredited Occupational Therapy program. One at $300 for full-time Associates degree student, one $500 for full-time professional level, one $500 for part-time bachelor's or masters, one $800 graduate level. All applicants are also considered for any state scholarships offered by the state AOTF chapters.
